Ed Levine

Writer and radio and television personality Ed Levine founded Serious Eats, homebase on the internet for information, entertainment and conversation about the foods you love, in January of 2006. Ed's stories for the New York Times on quintessential populist foods like ice cream, pizza, and bagels, end up on refrigerator doors and bulletin boards all over America.

Katherine Oliver

Katherine Oliver is the Commissioner of The New York City Mayor's Office of Film, Theatre and Broadcasting. Prior to her appointment, Commissioner Oliver served as General Manager of Bloomberg Radio and Television. She has also worked as a radio and television reporter for Bloomberg, CNBC, Financial News Network, WABC Radio, 1010 WINS and WBGO, and taught a journalism course at New York University.

Brad Farmerie

Brad Famerie is the executive chef of four NYC hotspots - PUBLIC, The Monday Room, Double Crown and Madame Geneva. His global approach was described by the New York Times as one that "swings for the fences with each and every dish" and Michelin awarded PUBLIC a coveted star in the 2009 Red Guide.

Cat Greenleaf is WNBC's Features Reporter primarily on Today in New York and the 11:00 News. Her spots are seen on affiliates around the nation, as well as on the national Weekend Today Show and in all the WNBC taxi cabs around NYC.

Laurence Kretchmer is co-owner and managing partner of Bold Food. Along with his partner chef Bobby Flay, Kretchmer owns and operates eight restaurants across (and outside) the country: Mesa Grill New York; Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace, Bar Americain, Bobby Flay Steak Atlantic City, Mesa Grill Paradise Island, Bahamas, and their latest venture, Bobby's Burger Palace.
